Online Mortgage Application

As a Crane Credit Union member, you can complete the mortgage application process online.

Step One: Are you a member?
You must be a Crane Credit Union member to apply online. If you’re not a member, please select the option to open a membership account.

Step Two: Crane Members
If you’re already a Crane Credit Union member, you’re all set to apply for a mortgage online.

First, you’ll need to set up a User ID and password, so you can save your application and log in to view your loan progress. Then you’ll need to provide the following information for both the borrower and co-borrower.

• Current and previous addresses if you’ve been in your current residence for less than 2 years
• Employment details, including previous employer if you’ve been in your current position for less than 2 years
• Monthly gross income (before taxes and other deductions)
• Current monthly expenses, including housing, credit card and loan payments, child support, and other obligations
• Estimated property value, purchase price, and down payment (if applicable)

Once you submit your application, a loan processor will contact you to confirm receipt and request any additional details needed to complete the application process.
