What to Do and What to Submit for Processing

Step 1: Set up a User ID and password in our online application system so you can save your application and log in to view your loan progress.

Step 2: Gather the following information for both the borrower and co-borrower.

  • Current and previous addresses if you’ve been in your current residence for less than 2 years
  • Employment details, including previous employer if you’ve been in your current position for less than 2 years
  • Monthly gross income (before taxes and other deductions)
  • Current monthly expenses, including housing, credit card and loan payments, child support, and other obligations
  • Estimated property value, purchase price, and down payment (if applicable)

Once you submit your application, a loan processor will contact you to confirm receipt and request any additional details needed to complete the application process.
