Branch Lobbies Update – May 6th

After reviewing the Governor’s plan to safely reopen Indiana’s economy, we want to provide the membership an update regarding branch lobbies. Currently lobbies are closed and available by appointment only. Drive-thrus remain open and members are strongly encouraged to continue using electronic services as an alternative to visiting a branch.

The credit union is developing a plan to safely reopen our lobbies, with some locations tentatively scheduled to reopen as early as May 18, 2020. This is subject to change. Due to different factors and concerns, not all locations will reopen at the same time. More details regarding locations and dates will be released as soon as possible.

To ensure the safety of members and staff, below is a list of items to expect once lobbies reopen:

  • We will limit the amount of members inside at any given time.
  • Routine cleaning and disinfecting will be conducted throughout the day.
  • Increased access to hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes.
  • Social distancing in the teller lines, lobby areas and offices will be required.
  • Teller stations, member service desks and offices will be equipped with germ shields/plexiglass barriers.
  • Shareable items such as pens will be removed. If a pen is needed, members will be directed to keep the pen after use.
  • Staff may choose to wear face masks and we encourage members to as well. However, we may ask you to temporarily remove your face mask for security and identification purposes.

Please keep in mind the health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority. Thank you.

Member Alert – March 19th

To ensure the health and well-being of our employees, members and the communities we serve, our branch lobbies are closed until further notice.  Our branch drive-thrus will remain open to handle your transactions. Branch lobby service to address more specialized or urgent account and lending needs can be made by appointment only.  Please call 800-692-3274 to speak to a representative or to schedule a branch appointment.  Appointments can also be scheduled by completing the form below.

To help keep everyone safe and healthy, please do not visit our drive-thru or schedule an appointment if you are sick or have been exposed to those who are sick.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this public health crisis.

Here is a guide to help you determine the best way to conduct your business while our lobbies are closed.
