Crane Credit Union’s Vice President of Human Resources Marissa Lynch received the Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League in September. This award recognizes the next generation of credit union leaders in the state for their accomplishments and for the potential to be an Indiana credit union leader.

Since coming to the credit union as a part-time Teller/MSR in 2009, Marissa has worked in several capacities. She is passionate about helping others and has been instrumental in the development and ongoing management of the Credit Union’s leadership program which is called LEAD – Learning Education And Development. The program identifies future leaders at Crane and develops their skills. She is also an advocate for initiatives that support a positive work environment and a culture of recognition. Marissa is also an alumna of the Indiana Credit Union League’s Ignite program, completing her two-year term this year.
