Crane Credit Union is aware of the fraudulent debit card and ATM transactions currently affecting its members. We are working diligently to ensure that members’ accounts are protected.
We have identified accounts that have been affected by this event. If you used the ATM at our Bedford location from 2/1/19 to 2/18/19 or our Bloomington location between 2/23/19 and 2/24/19, your debit card or ATM card information may have been compromised. Contact the Credit Union immediately if there are unauthorized transactions on your account.
We are taking the proactive steps of sending affected members a new debit or ATM card. In addition, the Credit Union has placed enhanced fraud protection monitoring on affected cards until new cards arrive and are activated.
