September 18, 2014 - VISA eMember Service site is not available
As of 5:00pm on Thursday, September 18, the VISA eMember Service site will be unavailable to make VISA card payments. An upgraded site will be available the week of September 22nd.
July 31, 2014 - Another Round of Fraudulent Automated Phone Calls
We have received reports that some members began receiving fraudulent, automated calls on the evening of March 9th, purporting to be from "VISA". These automated calls stated the member's VISA card would be deactivated and prompted the member for account information to keep the card active. These calls, most of which have originated in the NV area, are fraudulent and did not originate from the Crane Federal Credit Union.
If you receive one of these calls, simply hangup, do not provide any personal or account information. If you have already provided this information, please contact us at 1.800.692.3274 as soon as possible.
February 28, 2014 - Malicious Pop-up Messages
We have received reports from some members of a pop-up offering a free credit report when visiting cranecu.org and Online Banking. These pop-ups ARE NOT originating from Crane Federal Credit Union, but rather are likely caused by malware that is installed on the PC used to access Credit Union websites. This Please take the appropriate steps to identify and remove any malware that be installed on your PC.
