Getting Started with Crane Online

Online Banking with Crane is the easy, free and secure way to view your accounts, transfer money, make loan payments and track spending.  After establishing your Crane online account, you can then download and use the Mobile app, sign up for Bill Pay and enroll in eStatements.

Existing Crane Online users:

  • Download the mobile app, or go to visit the mobile site on your browser, and log in with your existing Crane Connect username and password to get started with Mobile Banking.

New users:

  • Register online or visit one of our branch locations to enroll, or contact a member service representative at 800-692-3274.
  • Once enrolled in Online Banking, download the mobile app, or visit the mobile site on your browser, and log in with your new Crane Connect username and password to get started with Mobile Banking.

New users:

  • Once enrolled in Online Banking, download the mobile app and log in with your new Crane Connect username and password to get started with Mobile Banking.

Bill Pay

Once you’re signed up for a Crane Online account, Crane Bill Pay offers members the convenience to pay bills online.

  • Pay bills from multiple accounts
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Make person-to-person electronic payments (with just an email address)
  • Make account-to-account interbank transfers
  • Track check payments through the U. S. Postal System
  • Text alerts and payment reminders

eStatements

Save paper when you sign up for eStatements through your Crane online account.

  • Your eStatement will arrive sooner than a mailed paper statement.
  • Access up to 18 months of statement history online and save statements to your personal computer – no more filing.
  • You are helping to reduce our costs by eliminating paper and postage. These costs are passed on to members in the form of better rates and lower fees.
  • You always have the option to switch back to paper statements at any time.
