Employees are paid bi-weekly on Wednesdays. Net pay is deposited into employee’s credit union account.

Retirement Program (Thrift Plan):
Eligibility begins 6 months from date of hire. Participants must be 18 years of age. Employee contributions will be based on pre-tax dollars unless employee elects after-tax Roth deferral. Credit Union matching contributions – 6 months – 3 years of service 5%; more than 3 years of service, 8% maximum. Employees are vested after 3 years of service.
Casual Dress Down Days:
Every other Friday is designated as “dress down” Fridays. Jeans, T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Sandals are permitted.
Tuition Reimbursement:
Reimbursement (tuition, textbooks, incidental fees) exceeding $2000 per calendar year must be pre-authorized by the president. Courses/Programs of study shall be related to the employee’s job description. Reimbursement will not be made for courses in which the employee received a grade less than:
- “C” for undergraduate
- “B” for graduate/post graduate
