With Samsung’s release of OS9 for their mobile devices, a problem has been identified with Crane Mobile.
Users that have upgraded will not be able to log in. If a member has upgraded their device, and is experiencing the issue, they can still access their account by using the web browser on their device to log in to the web version of Online Banking.
We are currently working on a fix that will resolve this issue and will post an update as soon as it is available.
