Crane is upgrading its statements beginning August 1st. The statement you receive next month, or next quarter for those set up on quarterly statements, will have a whole new look and some great new features!

We want this transition to be hassle free, so if you already receive your statement electronically, you will continue to receive your statement online. There’s no need to re-enroll. However, the email notification that your statement is available will now come from edocs@cranecu.org. Please update your email address book to include this email address to ensure you receive this message. For those receiving mailed statements, the envelope you receive will also be different. Please pay close attention to your mail and do not mistakenly discard any documents from Crane.

Along with the ability to receive statements electronically, you will also be able to receive notices, letters, and tax forms from the Credit Union electronically. You can pick and choose what to receive electronically and what to receive in the mail, giving you more convenience and control over how you receive documents from the Credit Union. All these features are located within the same area in online banking. When enrolling, you can also elect to receive text notifications from the Credit Union that you have electronic documents available to view.
