Role:
To direct the operations of the Support Services Department; manage the operational aspects of the credit union’s credit, debit, ATM and prepaid card programs, to include monitoring activity to control risk and reduce fraud.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operations of department.

Completes or oversees required tasks of the department including but not limited to, ACH, Drafts, Mortgage Servicing, Wires, RDC,

Hires, trains, directs, and evaluates employee performance within the department.

Works with auditors/examiners on year-end and comprehensive audits.

Provides answers and knowledge for members and associates concerning member accounts. Includes problem solving assistance with check clearing, ACH posting and other items as required.

Assists in the formulation/execution of Credit Union policies, objectives and programs.
