Getting Started with Crane Mobile
If you are an exisitng Crane Online Banking user:
- Download the mobile app of your choice or go to www.cranecu.org on your mobile device and login with your existing Online Banking Member ID and password to get started with Mobile Banking.
If you are a new user:
- Visit one of our branch locations to enroll or contact a member service representative at 800-692-3274.
- Once enrolled in Online Banking, download the mobile app of your choice or go to www.cranecu.org on your mobile device and login with your existing Home Banking Member ID and password to get started with Mobile Banking.
To use Crane eText:
- Login to your Crane Online Banking account.
- Choose eText from the menu bar.
- Follow the instructions to register your mobile phone for eText.
