• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
• Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms, such as from your current or past employers or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

Information We Disclose

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our members or former members that have terminated membership, except as permitted or required by law.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing or other services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. To protect our member’s privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these companies to sell to other third parties the member information we provide.

Security

We are committed to taking every reasonable precaution to protect individual identifying information that you provide to us. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. Layers of security include automatic sign-off, encryption, firewalls, and password lockout.

Protection of Children's Online Privacy

Crane Federal Credit Union does not knowingly collect, nor is our web site designed or directed, to use personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable consent from their parents. We do offer a link to GooGoPlex on our web site that children can access games, information, and other sites that are age-appropriate. Should a child whom we know to be under the age of 13 send personal information to us, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, seek parental consent or provide parental notice.
